No. Your CFKS doctor stays in charge of your care. Welby is an added support team that works alongside them between your visits.

How much does it cost?
For most patients, this program is covered by Medicare and many insurance plans. Depending on your specific plan, a copay may apply. Your Welby care team will walk you through any cost before you enroll, so there are no surprises.
