Is this a new program I'm signing up for?

No. You're already enrolled in the Welby care program. The blood pressure monitor is an included benefit that lets your care team monitor your health more closely. It's an extension of the care you're already receiving.

Do I need to be tech-savvy to use it?

Not at all. The monitor works like any standard blood pressure cuff. You wrap it around your arm, press a button, and your reading is sent to your care team automatically. If you need help, your Welby Care Manager will walk you through it.

Who sees my blood pressure readings?

Only your Welby Care Manager and clinical care team. Your readings are kept private and are used solely to manage your health and care plan.

What if I already have a blood pressure monitor?

The Welby monitor is specifically set up to share your readings with your care team automatically. A regular monitor can't do this. Even if you already have one at home, the Welby monitor is what allows your Care Manager to track your health remotely.
